As an alum of Azusa Pacific University, I was honored to serve the Azusa Pacific Women’s Water Polo team, helping them refine their visual identity. The coach’s vision was to enhance the team’s professionalism, and I took on the challenge of creating a cohesive, polished look—starting with a first-ever poster to showcase their competitive spirit. By combining my sports marketing expertise with a deep connection to the APU community, I created designs that aligned with the team’s growth and aspirations.

The challenge
Azusa Pacific Women’s Water Polo had never produced a formal team poster before, and the coach wanted to elevate the team’s professional image to instill pride and motivate athletes. The branding needed to reflect the program’s competitive edge while instilling a sense of belonging and pride for players and fans alike.
