As a side hustle, I had access to a laser engraver. This allowed my designs to come to life not only in 2D, but in the 3D world. It also allowed me to work alongside and deepen relationships with clients while creating a product that would be valuable to them for a long time.
Clients would come to us asking for a personalized product that was visually appealing but also had some deeper meaning to them. Below are some projects that I helped bring to life. I would create their desired look, make it, and present them with their new product. Working in this medium allowed me to understand the limitations and opportunities for working with design in three-dimensional objects.
